Big Break

A week of learning to share your faith, listening to the spiritual journeys of others, sharing the Gospel with people who desperately need Jesus, having incredible fellowship with one another, enjoying the ocean and sand and warm weather!  Along with listening and talking to people we'll have the opportunity to spend part of a day packing meals for the Hungry.  We'll be partnering with http://www.feedingchildreneverywhere.com/

DETAILS:

Dates - Leave Friday evening, March 21, leaving Panama City Beach on Saturday morning, March 29 and return early in the morning on the 30th)
Location - Panama City Beach, FL - Edgewater Beach Resort - a very safe and secure and very nice resort, and it's right on the ocean!  
Accommodations - We will be staying in fully furnished condos with kitchens and everything you need! Did we mention you'll be staying on the white sands BEACH of Florida!  
Food - Food is not included in the conference cost, but we will be cooking meals together so your costs should be low.  We'll go to the grocery store and you can get whatever you want to eat for the week.  
Transportation - We will be taking a nice charter bus down to Florida which will be safe and comfortable.  


Price and How to Register:
Conference cost is $320 (which includes 7 nights lodging) - Register at www.big-break.com.  Make sure to select "Week 4." You need to pay at least $50 to secure your spot.  You will need to pay the full $320 by March 15th.  

UPDATED TRANSPORTATION COST:  $100 - round trip! (as of March 13th)
Transportation cost:  Current estimate is around $190, but could easily get cheaper. Your actual transportation cost is closer to $375, but thanks to some gracious alumni who give to send you on Big Break, we are able to reduce the price.  You will pay for the transportation cost separately from the conference cost. This number will be more accurate as we know how many people are coming and as donations are received.  Price is reduced by the more money we are able to raise and the more people who come.  The highest it will be is $230

How to lower the cost even more:
Pray that Alumni give more than expected... we will reduce everyone's cost even more if alumni give more than expected.  
Invite more people - the more people who come the cheaper the bus will be.

How God can provide the funds to pay for the remaining cost of the trip:
Many of us have raised support to help fund this missions trip.  Friends, family, and churches have all backed people before and have helped send them to Big Break.  Basically this entails sending out letters to people about your trip and asking them to partner with you and send you on the trip.  A detailed packet on info about how raise financial support is posted below.  We have seen God faithfully supply the needed funds for everyone who takes the step of faith to come.  We have envelopes and stamps available if you need them.  Contact Chris (cjswanny[at]gmail.com) to get those supplies.
